HOW OFTEN DO WE MEET?

 MEETINGS ARE NORMALLY HELD FOUR TIMES A YEAR. 

WHAT ABOUT 2011?

THIS YEAR'S DATES AND TENTATIVE PROGRAMS ARE:

MARCH 16--THE TEACHER ACADEMY AT GRANT CAREER CENTER 
Presentation by Pam McKinley & students.  Meeting to be held at the Career Center, 718 W. Plane St., Bethel. 

JUNE 15--WHAT'S HAPPENING IN OUR LEGISLATURE WITH THE NEW PENSION PLAN BILL?
 STRS representative Laura Ecklar will be there to update us.
 
SEPTEMBER 21--INNOVATIONS IN CHILDREN'S LITERATURE
Will Hillenbrand, children's author & illustrator from Terrace Park, will be our speaker
**PLUS**
A SPECIAL PRESENTATION ON CLERMONT SENIOR SERVICES
Cindy Gramke will speak to the group at the close of lunch about the services they provide to our senior population

NOVEMBER 16--TO BE DETERMINED--HOPEFULLY A MUSICIAL PROGRAM

WHERE  ARE OUR MEETINGS HELD?

THE JUNE, SEPT., & NOV. MEETINGS WILL BE HELD AT THE UNITED METHODIST CHURCH LOCATED AT 2580 U.S. RT. 50 JUST EAST OF OWENSVILLE.  THE MARCH MEETING WILL BE HELD AT THE GRANT CAREER CENTER WHERE A FREE BUFFET LUNCHEON WILL BE AT 11:30 

WHAT HAPPENS AT A MEETING?

EXCEPT FOR MARCH, THERE IS A REGISTRATION AND SOCIAL TIME FROM 11 AM UNTIL NOON.  A DELICOUS LUNCH IS PREPARED AND SERVED BY THE UNITED METHODIST WOMEN'S GROUP AT 12 BY FOLLOWED BY A PROGRAM AND BUSINESS MEETING.  

  
HOW CAN I ATTEND?

LUNCHEON RESERVATIONS ARE DUE THE FRIDAY BEFORE THE MEETING.  COST $10.00 ($3.00 OF WHICH GOES TO OUR SCHOLARSHIP FUND).  MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO CCRTA.  *MAKE MARCH'S CHECK OUT FOR $3.00 -- ONLY THE COST OF THE SCHOLARSHIP DONATION.
